Our new slow-feeding set up. We used a 100 gal water trough, installed up 4 large clips at the bottom to secure the bale with our Hay Chix® 2-Strand Bale Net. It works and we can easily move it around to allow the grass to come back instead of creating an additional dark spot.
First time we stop and 'smell the roses'. We finally rode Red and Mr. B. together. Good day.
No tractor? No problem. Just make sure you have railroad ties or any two 150-230lb posts and pray it isn't 105 degrees outside.
It's been a hot spring in Texas. We needed the rain. More is on the way.

After months of research, extra jobs, saving, and help/support from boarders, riding families, R&F customers and lots of advice from and friends, I was able to purchase Mr. B. Welcome to iheartranch Mr. B!
On March 25, 2022, 20 aggie volunteers from student organization Aggie BABES (IG: @aggie.babes) along with a good friend and her daughter helped us (R & H) paint over 10,000 sq ft of fencing. Community service at its best.
